Refund and Cancellation Policy

General Principles

Nawat Training is committed to delivering high-quality professional educational products and services. Due to the digital nature of many of our offerings, refund eligibility varies depending on the type of product or service purchased. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the official Nawat Training contact email (training@nawatlearning.com) Nawat reserves the right to evaluate each request in accordance with this policy.

Online Training Courses (On-Demand Digital Courses)

Eligibility: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds may be granted only if: No more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, AND, no certificate has been issued, AND No downloadable materials have been extensively downloaded.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted if: A certificate has already been generated, the majority of course content has been accessed, Evidence of content download or duplication is detected, the course was purchased during a non-refundable promotional offer. Because digital content can be permanently accessed or copied, once substantial access occurs, the sale becomes final.

Live Training Events, Webinars & Workshops

For live sessions: Cancellation requests received at least 7 days before the event may qualify for partial refund. Cancellations within 3–5 days may receive credit toward future training. No-shows are non-refundable. If Nawat cancels a live event, participants will be offered: A full refund, OR a Transfer to a future session.

Digital Books, eBooks, Audio Books & Downloadable Publications

Due to the instant-access nature of digital publications: All digital book sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once access or download has been provided. Exceptions may apply only in cases of technical access failure not resolved by support.

Printed Books, Booklets & Physical Educational Materials

For physical goods: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was defective. Refunds will not be issued for: Used or damaged materials, or Materials returned incomplete. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Assistive Technology Software & Digital Tools

Where Nawat provides: Licensed assistive technology software, or electronic tests, or digital assessment tools, or subscription-based programmes, the following applies: Software licenses are non-refundable once activated. Electronic tests are non-refundable once accessed or administered. Subscription services may be cancelled before renewal but are not refundable for the current billing cycle. This is critical to protect against misuse.

Educational Kits & Programmes

If physical educational kits are sold, returns must be unused and complete. Opened consumable components cannot be refunded. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users agree to contact Nawat Training directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in: Immediate account suspension, revocation of course access or legal recovery of fees where appropriate

Exceptional Circumstances

Nawat may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests under documented exceptional circumstances. Such decisions do not create a precedent or obligation for future cases.

Policy Updates

Nawat reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.

Statement of Commitment

Nawat Training is committed to promoting inclusive, equitable, and accessible education across all digital and physical learning environments. We recognize that learners differ in cognitive processing, language background, sensory profile, technological access, and professional context. Our aim is to reduce barriers to learning wherever reasonably and operationally feasible. Accessibility is considered a core educational principle within Nawat Training’s instructional design philosophy.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to: Online training courses, Live webinars and workshops, Recorded sessions, digital publications (eBooks, PDFs, audio materials), printed materials, assessments and examinations, assistive technology tools and digital platforms and Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure.

Design Principles

Where reasonably practicable, Nawat Training strives to apply inclusive instructional design principles, including: Clear structural organization of content, logical sequencing of learning materials, readable formatting and appropriate font usage, consistent layout and visual clarity, reduced unnecessary cognitive load, use of headings and structured segmentation and avoidance of visually cluttered materials. These principles are intended to support comprehension for diverse learners.

Support for Learners with Learning Differences

Nawat acknowledges that learners may experience: Dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, attention differences, processing speed differences, executive functioning challenges, or language-based learning differences. Where appropriate and operationally feasible, accommodations may include: Extended assessment time, alternative assessment formats, structured assessment presentation, accessible document formats, availability of audio materials and clear instructions and assessment rubrics. Accommodation requests must be submitted formally and may require reasonable supporting documentation. Nawat reserves the right to determine appropriate accommodations while maintaining academic standards and assessment integrity.

Digital Accessibility Measures

Subject to technological capability and operational feasibility, Nawat may provide: Subtitles or captions for recorded sessions, downloadable transcripts where possible, accessible PDF formatting, screen-reader compatible documentation, adjustable playback speeds or clear audio quality standards. Nawat does not guarantee compatibility with all assistive devices but aims to align with recognized accessibility standards where reasonably achievable.

Live Session Accessibility

For live training sessions: Participants may notify Nawat in advance of accessibility needs. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests. Trainers are encouraged to maintain clear speech, structured pacing, and visual clarity. Nawat cannot guarantee all requested accommodations in real-time settings but will endeavour to respond constructively.

Assistive Technology Integration

Where Nawat provides or recommends assistive technology tools: Users remain responsible for proper installation and compatibility. Nawat does not assume liability for third-party software limitations. Use of assistive tools must comply with Academic Integrity Policy.

Limitations & Reasonable Feasibility

While Nawat is committed to accessibility, certain limitations may arise due to: Technical infrastructure constraints, third-party platform restrictions, intellectual property protection, live session logistics or financial and operational feasibility. Accessibility measures will be implemented within reasonable and proportionate operational limits.

Continuous Improvement

Nawat Training views accessibility as an evolving commitment. We welcome constructive feedback from participants and will periodically review: Course design standards, LMS accessibility features, Assessment structures and Digital publication formats. Enhancements may be implemented over time as resources and technologies evolve.

No Waiver of Academic Standards

Accessibility measures are intended to remove barriers to access — not to dilute academic rigor or professional standards. All learners remain responsible for meeting published course requirements.

Academic Integrity and Assessment Policy

Purpose

This Academic Integrity & Assessment Policy establishes the standards governing assessment conduct, certification eligibility, digital testing procedures, and professional ethics within Nawat Training programmes. Nawat Training is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic honesty, professional integrity, and assessment validity.

Scope

This policy applies to: Online course assessments, electronic examinations, CPD certification assessments, Practical assignments, Case study submissions, live oral assessments, digital evaluation tools, assistive technology–supported assessments and institutional or corporate group enrolments.

Principles of Academic Integrity

All participants are expected to: Submit original work, complete assessments independently unless collaboration is explicitly permitted, accurately represent their qualifications and experience, respect intellectual property rights and uphold professional ethical standards. Academic integrity is foundational to the credibility of Nawat Training certification.

Forms of Academic Misconduct

The following constitute violations of academic integrity:Plagiarism: Copying text, ideas, materials, or responses without proper attribution, or submitting AI-generated or third-party content as original work without disclosure. Cheating: Using unauthorized materials during assessments, receiving assistance during closed-book examinations or accessing answers before or during testing. Impersonation: Having another individual complete assessment, using another person’s account or falsifying identity during live or proctored exams. Unauthorized Collaboration: Sharing answers, coordinating responses during individual assessments or participating in answer-sharing groups. Misuse of Assistive Technology: Assistive technologies provided or recommended by Nawat must be used ethically and in accordance with course guidelines. Using software tools to generate answers in a manner that compromises assessment validity constitutes misconduct.

Assessment Security Measures

To protect integrity, Nawat reserves the right to: Monitor assessment activity digitally, track IP addresses, limit assessment time windows, randomize question banks, use plagiarism detection software, require identity verification and conduct live proctored sessions. Nawat may invalidate assessments where irregularities are detected.

Certification Requirements

Certificates will be issued only when: All required modules are completed, assessment thresholds are met, no academic integrity violations are detected, or attendance requirements are fulfilled. Nawat reserves the right to withhold or revoke certification in cases of misconduct.

Revocation of Certification

Nawat may revoke previously issued certificates if: Academic dishonesty is discovered post-certification, or false credentials were submitted or fraudulent activity is identified. Revocation may occur without refund and may be communicated to relevant professional bodies where appropriate.

Appeals Process

Participants may submit a written appeal within 7 days of receiving a misconduct decision. Appeals must: Be submitted in writing, provide supporting evidence, and clearly outline grounds for review. Nawat’s decision following appeal review shall be final.

Institutional & Corporate Enrolments

For group enrolments: Each participant must complete assessments individually. Institutions are responsible for ensuring participant compliance. Nawat reserves the right to audit institutional accounts. Bulk misuse may result in suspension of institutional access.

Confidentiality & Assessment Materials

Assessment materials, question banks, scoring rubrics, and evaluation frameworks are confidential intellectual property of Nawat Training. Unauthorized sharing, recording, or reproduction of assessment materials is strictly prohibited.

Ethical Use of Certification

Holders of Nawat certification: Must not misrepresent certification level, must not alter digital certificates and must not imply regulatory endorsement unless explicitly stated. Improper use may result in revocation and legal action.

Policy Amendments

Nawat reserves the right to update this policy to reflect evolving digital security practices, professional standards, and regulatory expectations. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Purpose

This Code of Conduct establishes the professional, ethical, and behavioural standards expected of all users, participants, trainers, contractors, and representatives accessing or participating in any Nawat Training platform, programme, live session, digital forum, assessment, or related service. Nawat Training is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, academically rigorous, and professionally appropriate learning environment.

Scope of Application

This policy applies to: Online courses, live webinars and workshops, discussion forums and chat functions, email communications, assessments and examinations, social media interactions relating to Nawat programmes and all digital and physical learning environments operated by Nawat.

Professional Conduct Expectations

All users must: Conduct themselves with professionalism and respect, engage in constructive academic dialogue, respect diverse professional perspectives, maintain confidentiality where required and refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. Participants are expected to contribute in a manner consistent with professional standards within their field.

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

Harassment & Discrimination

  • Verbal abuse, threats, intimidation
  • Discriminatory remarks based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Bullying or hostile conduct

Defamation & Misrepresentation

  • False statements about Nawat, trainers, or participants
  • Misrepresentation of credentials
  • Misuse of Nawat certification

Academic Misconduct

  • Plagiarism
  • Cheating in assessments
  • Sharing assessment answers
  • Impersonation during examinations
  • Unauthorized collaboration

Digital Misuse

  • Screen recording or redistribution of live sessions
  • Unauthorized downloading or sharing of course materials
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • Sharing login credentials

Commercial Exploitation

  • Using Nawat materials to deliver unauthorized training
  • Copying course structure or intellectual property
  • Marketing competing products during Nawat sessions

Online & Live Session Etiquette

During live sessions, users must: Join using their real registered name, avoid recording without explicit written consent, maintain professional language, follow trainer instructions and respect allocated speaking time. Nawat reserves the right to remove participants from live sessions if conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.

Confidentiality

Certain courses may include case discussions, professional scenarios, or sensitive materials. Users agree to: Maintain confidentiality of shared case information, refrain from sharing participant identities and not redistribute internal course discussions. Violation of confidentiality may result in immediate disciplinary action.

Enforcement & Disciplinary Measures

Where a violation is suspected, Nawat may:

  • Issue a formal warning
  • Temporarily suspend account access
  • Revoke certification
  • Permanently terminate access
  • Deny future enrolment
  • Initiate legal action where necessary

Serious misconduct may result in immediate termination without refund. Nawat reserves sole discretion in determining the severity of violations and appropriate action.

No Refund in Case of Misconduct

Any suspension or termination resulting from violation of this Code shall not entitle the user to any refund of fees paid.

Reporting Misconduct

Users may report misconduct confidentially to Nawat via official communication channels. All complaints will be reviewed objectively and handled with appropriate discretion.

Amendments

Nawat reserves the right to modify this Code of Conduct at any time to reflect evolving professional and legal standards. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Terms of Use Policy

TERMS OF SERVICE

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user (“User”) and Nawat Learning Company (“Nawat”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), governing access to and use of the Nawat Training website, Learning Management System (LMS), digital courses, live sessions, assessments, certification services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Platform”).

Definitions

“Platform” refers to all digital infrastructure, content, services, and live components provided by Nawat Training.
“Content” includes videos, documents, slides, assessments, branding materials, downloadable files, and intellectual property.
“Trainer” refers to any approved third-party instructor contracted to deliver courses via the Platform.

Legal Status & Scope

Nawat Training operates under Nawat Learning Company, registered in the State of Kuwait. This Agreement applies to all domestic and international Users accessing the Platform.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or have verified parental/guardian consent. Nawat reserves the right to verify age and identity where necessary.

Account Security

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Account sharing, resale of access, or institutional misuse without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

Lifetime Access Policy

Upon full payment, Users receive lifetime access to purchased courses. Lifetime access is defined as access for as long as the specific course remains operational and hosted on the Platform. Nawat reserves the right to modify, update, archive, replace, or discontinue any course without liability.

Live Training & Attendance

Certain courses include live sessions. Attendance requirements may apply for CPD certification eligibility. Nawat reserves the right to reschedule or substitute trainers due to operational necessity.

CPD Certification

Certificates confirm completion of course requirements and awarded CPD hours only. They do not constitute academic degrees, professional licensure, regulatory endorsement, or guaranteed employment. Users are responsible for verifying recognition within their professional jurisdiction.

Payments & International Transactions

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Users are responsible for applicable taxes, transaction fees, and currency conversion charges. Access is granted only after confirmed payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All Content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, public display, screen recording, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and legal action.

External Trainers

External Trainers are contractually responsible for academic integrity of their content. Nawat retains distribution rights over approved materials hosted on the Platform.

Acceptable Use

Users shall not engage in unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or disruptive conduct. Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform is prohibited.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nawat, its directors, officers, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nawat shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income, business, data, or reputation arising from use of the Platform.

Force Majeure

Nawat shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, technical outages, or global emergencies.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kuwaiti courts. Nawat may, at its discretion, elect arbitration for international disputes under recognized arbitration rules.

Modifications

Nawat reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
