Dr. Omar Sayed Hassan Ibrahim
Dr. Omar Sayed Hassan Ibrahim is an Educational Consultant with over 31 years of experience in learning disabilities, with particular expertise in dyslexia and dysgraphia. He holds a Ph.D. in Media and Child Culture from Ain Shams University, with a specialization in dyslexia intervention programmes.
Dr. Omar currently serves as Educational Consultant and Assistant Head of Research and Test Standardization at the Centre for Child Evaluation and Teaching (CCET) in Kuwait, where he has held multiple leadership roles in training, research, and programme development.
He is an instrumental contributor to the development of the “I Read and Write” therapeutic intervention programme for Arabic-speaking students with dyslexia and the main author of the Arabic 100x100 another therapeutic intervention programme. His work integrates multisensory structured language approaches, assessment development, and educational technology applications.
An active member of the International Dyslexia Association (IDA), Dr. Omar has presented at regional and international conferences, including multiple IDA Annual Conferences, and has delivered professional training programmes across the Arab world.
